The Kelowna Daily Courier published an op-ed by Shelley Cook, a PhD candidate at UBC’s Okanagan campus, about income and inclusivity.
“The numbers tell a story, and what that story tells us is that the ‘Okanagan dream’ is reserved for an increasingly narrow segment of the population,” she wrote.
