Business in Vancouver interviewed Yves Tiberghien, director emeritus at UBC’s Institute of Asian Research, for a story about the Trans-Pacific Partnership.
Tiberghien, who spoke with ministry officials and academics during a visit to Japan, said the Japanese perception of Canada took a hit after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau declined to attend a TPP-11 agreement signing in November.
