The Globe and Mail published an op-ed co-written by Wenran Jiang, a senior fellow at the Institute of Asian Research, school of public policy and global affairs at UBC.
Jiang and Robert Johnston, the CEO of Eurasia Group, wrote that “Canada and China should work on demonstration of policies and technologies that can be deployed in southeast Asia and India.”
