Penny Gurstein, the director of UBC’s school of community and regional planning, was interviewed for a News 1130 story about Seattle’s plans to cut the city’s number of homeless people in half by the end of next year.
Gurstein said Seattle would need to have a system involving social housing and affordable housing.
