Charles Ungerleider, a professor emeritus of educational studies at UBC, wrote an op-ed for the Vancouver Sun about improving education in B.C.
“We need teachers who are able to use their professional judgement to determine the instructional program they will implement to address the needs of learners that struggle,” he wrote.
