The Vancouver Sun published an op-ed on electoral reform co-written by Mark Warren, the Harold and Dorrie Merilees Chair for the Study of Democracy in the department of political science at UBC.
Warren and Richard Littlemore wrote that “there are a few well-tested processes by which people can learn and deliberate about important public issues before coming to judgment.”
