The Canadian Press interviewed Allan Carroll, who studies pines beetles and directs UBC’s forest science program, in a story about a pine beetle infestation in Jasper National Park.
Carroll weighed in on the park’s beetle management plan saying “just that hesitation intrinsic to producing a management plan precluded any effective outcomes.”
