Erez Aloni, a professor at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC, spoke to the Vancouver Sun about upcoming enforcement of short-term rental rules in Vancouver.
Aloni said barring co-operation from short-term rental platforms like Airbnb the city’s enforcement mechanism may be unviable.
