CBC interviewed Tsur Somerville, a professor at the UBC Sauder School of Business, after data gathered by China’s largest real estate portal found real estate sales to Chinese buyers in Vancouver are in the midst of a “no growth” pattern.
Somerville said a price correction due to a levelling off of the market is unlikely.
