Dementia drink disappoints in Lancet-published study

Howard Feldman, a professor in UBC’s department of neurology, spoke to the Vancouver Sun about a European study that found a drink said to boost memory has been shown to have no benefits for people with early symptoms of dementia.

He said that the latest study on the drink is disappointing, especially because there have also been no success stories with potential Alzheimer’s drugs.
