Richard Johnston, a UBC political science professor, was quoted in a Globe and Mail story about how federal Conservative leader Andrew Scheer might defeat Justin Trudeau in an election with veto voters.
“If there’s a veto power in the game right now, it’s the suburbs of the two big, diverse urban areas” west of the Ottawa River, Johnston said.
