Victoria Lemieux, a professor in UBC’s, school of library, archival and information studies, wrote an op-ed for The Conversation about blockchain technology, which chains together records of transactions.
“In a tokenized, blockchain record-keeping system, literally everything potentially becomes a record,” she wrote.
