The Globe and Mail mentioned a UBC report co-authored by Michael Byers, Canada Research Chair in Global Politics and International Law at UBC.
The report by Byers and PhD candidate Parmida Esmaeilpour said that the Liberals haven’t addressed a major gap in Canada’s arms-control regime.
