CBC reported on UBC research in human-robot interaction in an article about the role of robots in our society.
Elizabeth Croft, a mechanical engineering professor and director of the Collaborative Advanced Robotics and Intelligent Systems Lab, said “to maintain our standard of living we actually have to embrace this kind of technology.”
The article also quoted AJung Moon, co-founder of the Open Roboethics Institute, which has its roots at UBC.
