B.C. sees more than 20,000 human-wildlife conflicts in 2017

The Canadian Press quoted Adam Ford, a biology professor at UBC’s Okanagan campus, in a story about human-wildlife conflicts in B.C.

He said “we don’t expect to see a lot of bear conflicts in downtown Vancouver, because that’s a lot of country for a bear to get across, but it’s on the edges that we see these problems.”

The CP Story appeared on CBC and in the National Post.
