Radio Canada interviewed Michael Byers, Canada Research Chair in Global Politics and International Law at UBC, for a story about a Russian rocket launch the involves a toxic propellant.
Byers said authorities should sample the air and water in the Barents Sea and the North Water Polynya after any future launch to determine if toxic are present.
