Thomas Davidoff, a professor at the UBC Sauder School of Business, was interviewed for a Business in Vancouver article about the Green Party’s call to ban foreign ownership of farmland.
He said “I think it’s wrong to have people building mega-mansions and treating them as residential real estate if the whole point of [agricultural land] is not to be residential real estate.”
