Metro News interviewed Patrick Condon, chair of the urban design program at UBC who worked on the initial concepts for Clayton Heights in Surrey.
Instead of evicting people as a result of parking congestion in that area, Condon believes the city should try a residential parking permit system, similar to the one in Vancouver.
