The Globe and Mail reported on foreign students at B.C. universities and quoted Pamela Ratner, UBC vice-provost and associate vice-president, enrolment and academic facilities.
Ratner discussed UBC’s international students program and said domestic and international students belong to different admission streams and don’t compete for seats.
