Robert Woollard, a family practitioner and professor in UBC’s faculty of medicine, spoke to CBC about Ottawa’s proposed tax changes for small business owners.
Woollard is one of 280 doctors who signed a petition saying the tax revenue gained in closing loopholes for incorporated practices would put money back into the health-care system and fund social programs.
