Pre-emptive strike against North Korea

Don Baker, co-director of the centre for Korean research at UBC, was interviewed in a News 1130 story on the tension between the US and North Korea.

Baker said a quick, pre-emptive strike is unlikely to eliminate the threat from North Korea right away as its arsenal is scattered all over the country. The proximity of Seoul could lead to other problems as well.
