Steve Morgan, a professor at UBC’s school of population and public health, co-wrote an op-ed for iPolitics about prescription drug policy.

Morgan and Nav Persaud, from the University of Toronto, wrote that “since the potential savings from truly bulk-buying generics through a tendering process are so great, governments should seriously consider providing universal coverage of the tendered generics.”
