B.C. gov’t will fight Kinder Morgan pipeline, not delay permits

The Vancouver Sun interviewed Jocelyn Stacey, a professor who teaches environmental law at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC, for a story about the Kinder Morgan pipeline.

Speaking about the possibility that government could develop further processes to be met before permits are issued, she said “that would be very interesting and would fall squarely in provincial jurisdiction.”
