The Conversation published an op-ed by Wendy Hall, a UBC nursing professor, about the connection between lower levels of depression among parents after sleep intervention for their children.
She wrote “helping parents manage their children’s behavioural sleep problems can improve the quality of infants’ and parents’ lives alike.”
