Alix Ohlin, the incoming chair of UBC’s creative writing program, was quoted in a Globe and Mail article about Canadian literature.
She said “Canada is seen as a place that is willing to nurture the arts and support its writers in a way that is deeply contested in the U.S. at the moment.”
