The federal government is providing $3 million in funding to UBC’s Museum of Anthropology, the Georgia Straight reported.
Mélanie Joly, Canada’s Minister of Canadian Heritage, announced that the investment directly supports the new Gallery of the Northwest Coast Masterworks and support the construction of a new public education centre inside the museum.
