Chemicals aren’t people, they shouldn’t be presumed innocent

The National Observer published an op-ed co-written by David Boyd, a professor at UBC’s Institute for Resources, Environment, and Sustainability.

Boyd, Lynda Collins from the University of Ottawa, and Dayna Scott from Osgoode Hall Law School and York University, wrote that they “strongly support proposals on enforceable national standards for air and water quality, stricter timelines, and better enforcement mechanisms.”
