Just 30 minutes of exercise makes women feel slimmer

Daily Mail featured a UBC study connecting exercise and body image. The research found that body negativity can be mitigated with 30 minutes of exercise.

Kathleen Martin Ginis, a professor in the school of health and exercise sciences at UBC’s Okanagan campus, said feelings of strength that women experience after exercise “stimulate an improved internal dialogue.”
