Thomas Davidoff, a UBC Sauder School of Business professor, was quoted in a News 1130 story about Vancouver housing.
He said there is probably a lot of foreign influence on the pre-sale housing market.
Davidoff also spoke to Business in Vancouver about housing in Vancouver.
