The Washington Post cited an op-ed co-written by UBC professor Wendy Norman in an article about an online consultation service for women who live in countries where abortion is restricted.
Norman, a professor at UBC’s school of population and public health, and Bernard Dickens of the University of Toronto noted that the abortion pill is known to be safe and effective.
The op-ed was also featured in a CBC story.
