Darrel Dahl, a professor at the UBC Sauder School of Business and expert in consumer behaviour, spoke to Vancouver Magazine about the popularity of Craigslist in Vancouver.
Dahl said it if everyone in one area is using the website, people will be comfortable with it and more likely to have success using the site.
