Research on “workplace vigilantes” by Karl Aquino, a UBC Sauder School of Business professor, was featured in The Guardian.
Aquino and Katy DeCelles at the University of Toronto surveyed people to learn about self-appointed enforcers in the workplace, or people who would report minor infringements by colleagues to their boss.
