Not just Fox: Why women don’t report sexual harassment

The New York Times cited research on sexual harassment reporting by Jennifer Berdahl, a professor at the UBC Sauder School of Business, and Lilia Cortina of the University of Michigan.

They found that only one quarter to one third of people who have been harassed at work report it to a supervisor or union representative, and only two per cent to 13 per cent file a formal complaint.
