The Globe and Mail published an op-ed by Michael Byers, the Canada Research Chair in Global Politics and International Law at UBC, about the potential for a SpaceX hub in Canada.
Byers wrote that federal transport minister Marc Garneau will recognize that SpaceX is quickly reshaping the global economy, and Canada is in a good position to help.
