CBC interviewed Michael Byers, the Canada Research Chair in global politics and international law at UBC and a defence policy expert, about a secret RCMP investigation into a series of leaks involving classified cabinet papers, decisions and other sensitive information.
Byers said there are pressures to keep things closed that come from the civil service and politicians.
