North Van mom got sick by drinking hot water from UBC taps

The Vancouver Sun reported on a woman who got sick after drinking contaminated hot water from UBC’s taps. David Woodson, UBC’s managing director, energy and water services said the university has advised anyone “who may have consumed the hot water in the affected buildings and felt ill as a result to inform risk management as soon as possible.”
