Metro News reported on a UBC study that aims to find out how people who buy and sell sexual services use technologies to communicate with one another, develop relationships and negotiate service conditions.
Chris Atchinson, a co-principle investigator on the project, said the data is to provide empirical evidence about the impacts of the law that makes it illegal to purchase sex and ask a sex worker about their services in public.
