John Jammaat, a professor of economics and the RIC chair of water resources and ecosystem sustainability economics at UBC Okanagan’s I.K. Barber School of Arts and Sciences, spoke to the Kelowna Capital News about the recently announced water plan for Kelowna.
In light of climate change, Jammaat said the capacity of Mission Creek to provide the required amount of water to satisfy domestic needs must be addressed.
