Gay, lesbian, bisexual teens half as likely to play sports: UBC study

A UBC study found that lesbian, gay and bisexual teens are playing sports less than they did 15 years ago, the Globe and Mail reported.

Elizabeth Saewyc, the study’s co-author and a UBC nursing professor, said the gap between LGB youth and straight youth who play coached sports has widened over time.
