UBC testing Viagra as therapy for rare condition in pregnancy

CBC reported on UBC researchers that are examining how Viagra could treat a rare condition among pregnant women called early intrauterine growth restriction.

Kenneth Lim, division head for the maternal-fetal medicine program at UBC, said smaller studies focused on the therapy have shown “promising” results.
