Roundhouse Radio interviewed Thomas Davidoff, a UBC Sauder School of Business professor, about Premier Christy Clark’s announcement that international citizens working and paying taxes in B.C. will be permitted to bypass the foreign home buyer’s tax.
He said some people believe this is a way for Clark to give Metro Vancouver’s real estate market a boost.
