Burger King Miami tests app that lets you buy food with no cashier

The Miami New Times quoted David Hardisty, a professor at the UBC Sauder School of Business, about the increasing trend of consumers making purchases online after Burger King announced plans for an app to order food.

Hardisty told the Canadian Press that fast-food kiosks are comparable to ATMs, although bank tellers still deal with complicated transactions.
