The Washington Post published a Bloomberg story quoting Thomas Davidoff and Tsur Somerville, professors at the UBC Sauder School of Business, about the provincial government’s plan to increase the homeowner’s grant threshold.
Davidoff and Somerville said shifting the tax burden towards people who rent homes is poor policy.
