Edmond Chan, the head of UBC’s pediatric division of allergy and immunology, was interviewed on CBC’s B.C. Almanac about new guidelines for reducing the risk of peanut allergy.
Chan said peanut allergies affect about two per cent of Canadian children and will most often last a lifetime. The segment starts at 25:50.
