Metro News interviewed Nathanael Lauster, a UBC sociology professor, about the phenomenon of more families moving to Vancouver’s city centre.
Lauster said city statistics on the increasing number of children in the city’s downtown neighbourhood from 2001 to 2011 “dwarfs” the increase in any other Vancouver neighbourhood.
