Buried in work emails? Here’s another reason to envy the French

NBC cited a UBC study on email-related stress following the implementation of a new French law that requires businesses with more than 50 employees to negotiate after-hours email rules with employees.

The psychology research found that people who were told to check their email only three times each day were less stressed than those who always checked it.

The research was also cited in a Self Magazine article and in Glamour Magazine.
