Kelowna Now featured an interview with Julien Picault, a professor of economics at UBC’s Okanagan campus, after Kelowna was ranked the top entrepreneurial city in Canada by the Financial Post.
Picault said entrepreneurship can be the foundation of a city’s economy because it creates enjoyable and well-paying jobs.
