The Financial Post published an article featuring an interview with Marc-David L. Seidel, a UBC Sauder School of Business professor.
Seidel said the restricted launch of a new high-speed wireless network is not a competitive entrance since the service won’t expand to the Greater Toronto and Vancouver areas until spring of 2017, and to Calgary, Edmonton and Ottawa next summer.
