The Washington Post interviewed Werner Antweiler, a professor at UBC’s Sauder School of Business, for a story on the proposed carbon tax in Washington state.
“The beauty of a carbon tax is that…it changes behaviour and investments, but at the same time it returns the money back to households and businesses and it doesn’t distort economic activity,” he said.
