This machine recycles your 3D-printed mistakes

Bloomberg Businessweek featured a startup created by UBC graduates Alex Kay and Dennon Oosterman.

Their innovation, called the ProtoCycler, can convert most post-consumer plastic, like water bottles and coffee cup lids, into raw material for a 3D printer and also recycle 3D-printed objects.

Kay and Oosterman started creating a recycler in 2012 when they were seniors at UBC.
